Breakfast was good; a lot of options and very convenient. Given I was doing the Ironman Lake Placid on Sunday my breakfast was key. So that worked out very well. Also, all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Relatively close (about 25min) from Whiteface mountain and very close to Sarnac city center (<5min drive)

It was a good location to the town. It was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was fine. I do have an issue with Booking.com though! I put a note on my reserrvation that I am an AARP member and asked about discount. Nothing was answered. When I arrived at Best Western, I asked once again about the AARP discount and was told because I booked through Booking.com, he could not extend the discount I would have gotten had I booked directly with the hotel. Last time I will use booking.com.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Fire pit outside was a nice touch, had a campy feeling and we met some other guests. Pretty view of pond and lake from outside

Very clean and comfortable… need newer pillows, but excellent quality, cleanliness and amenities were nice.
